User-Generated Content

6. Platform Services

• Services are provided within the defined scope of the Platform
• KorMax Tokens have specific utility within the Platform with certain limitations
• Service fees may apply to certain features
• Service interruptions or downtime may occur

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content is owned by KorMax unless otherwise specified. Users retain ownership of their submitted content while granting KorMax necessary licenses for Platform operation.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

No Warranties

The Platform and its services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

KorMax's liability for any damages shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to KorMax in the past six months. KorMax is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Modifications to Terms

KorMax reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes via email or platform announcements. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

KorMax may terminate or suspend user accounts for breaches of these Terms or any applicable laws. Upon termination, access to the Platform and associated services will be revoked.

KorMax shall not be held liable for any delays or failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government actions, or technical failures.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and KorMax regarding the use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
